Caroline is passionate about best practice HR and particularly the capability of HR teams to influence, align  with and directly support delivery of the strategic objectives of the Companies she works with. She has a strong collaborative approach to leadership and sets high expectations for customer service. She operates in the context of high integrity and ensuring the business ethics are consciously being applied.Throughout her HR career she has championed delivery of continuous improvement across a broad range of core HR areas from ensuring HR teams have the capability and infrastructure to deliver best practice services in growth and in the face of major reorganisation or decline, to the development of HR plans that enable the identification, management and retention of talent.Caroline’s career was deliberately structured for her to develop experience and capability across both operational delivery businesses and corporate head office functions, enabling her to move into a HR Director role early in her career.Caroline was a key influencer to the development of the ‘Moving Forward’ business strategy. She continually ensures that HR solutions meet the strategic needs addressing both the need for underlying infrastructure in HR processes and systems but also the need for communication and engagement behind the strategy.

Mary S. D’Amato is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, and President and Founder of Rx Management. She is known as a Truth Advocate, who brings together people, strategy, systems, and solutions with an integrated approach that improves her clients’ bottom line.With more than 25 years as a consultant and Executive and Life Coach, Mary specializes in Strategy, Conflict Resolution, Team Intervention, Development, Executive Leadership and Employee Relations, with experience in varied fields such as finance, education, health care, manufacturing and technology.Mary served as an adjunct faculty member at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations teaching Employee Relations for their Human Resources certification program. She holds a masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee/Chattanooga.Mary is the author of a variety of business tools including HARP Communication Styles and Performance Based Interviewing.

Sheikha Athba Al-Thani is truly a dynamic entrepreneur as well as an ardent believer for sustainable development and protection of the environment and many other social issues concerning the welfare of Qatar and the Middle East Region. After having graduated from Qatar University in 2002 with Honours in Arts , she joined QDVC which is a construction company , a joint venture between Qatari Diar Real Estate and Vinci Construction from France. Under her patronage the Sustainable Development as well as the CSR Department was launched in QDVC , through which she helped in raising awareness about many SD issues in the construction sector  and helped in promoting welfare of the general public as well as the workforce of QDVC. She also heads the Qatarization Department in the company and has been the key note speaker in many events and workshops regarding the same. She currently holds the position of Chief Support Services Officer. She was also awarded the National Human Rights Award in 2012.She also recently graduated in the Executive MBA program from HEC Paris , which is a famous Business School worldwide. Apart from being such a vibrant individual in the business sector , Sheikha Athba is also a talented artist in oil paintings and conducted her first solo Art Exhibition  at French Cultural Center in October 2010 , under the patronage of the French Embassy in Qatar. She has been closely associated with the French and Indian Embassy and been involved in many events and programs.

South African-born Yasirah Sakadavan is a Masters graduate in Organizational Psychology and Registered Industrial Psychologist with over 15 years post-registration experience that span a wide variety of Human Resources disciplines, but with a distinct Leadership, Learning and Talent Development flavor.She currently provides thought leadership in the areas of Performance Development, Learning and Development, and Talent Development to Qatar Gas Transport Company (QGTC), whilst leading strategies to achieve the Company's 2019 Qatarization vision.Having won acclaim for her Leadership Development work with young leaders on the African continent by the Financial Times magazine, she now hopes to transfer her knowledge and experience from the developing economies of Africa to the rapidly-growing economies of the GCC.In her own words, “I am passionately committed to building a generation of purpose-driven leaders for the GCC and Africa”.

Sarah Al Rahim Senior Director, Talent Management Ooredoo Group with more than 18 years of experience developing global leaders, Sarah takes a decidedly business-centric approach in translating business strategies into innovative talent management practices.Previously, Sarah, as HR Director, led post merger integration across three continents in CEMEX, global construction materials company, and prior in Jones Lang LaSalle.Sarah joined Ooredoo in 2009 and has an MA in Anthropology from SOAS University of London and speaks 4 languages.
